This is a space that brings me a lot of joy! Here, we join together to deepen our community in and around Bristol, creating safe containers for sharing wisdom and clearing our path. Have a scroll – there are a few things coming up...

Gather in supportive presence

A circle for those socialised as female and the stories our bodies carry.
Contribution: minimum £5 donation. For those unemployed or on low income, contact me to contribute another way.
Spreading mostly by word of mouth, we get together roughly every two months, with the next date agreed together so that as many people as possible can come along.
As well as unburdening our hearts, with curiosity we explore topics like collectivistic vs individualistic cultures, tangible actions to create a felt sense of community, and how to find joy in our shared reality. The October circle will include a deeply restful yoga nidra!
We usually start by landing together with delicious snacks, as well as a check-in and short meditation. Next, we connect by sharing in pairs, before moving into time for each person to share in full circle.
We aim to welcome diverse identities within those who were born in biologically female bodies. We check pronouns at the beginning of each circle, and welcome feedback for continuing a sensitively held space.
You are welcome to come as you are, and are encouraged (with no pressure here) to bring your gifts – be they song, movement, pair or group work.

REST AND RESTORATION with ANNA RAVEN

I'm delighted to be co-hosting an evening with a close friend and fellow 500+ hour trained yoga facilitator, Anna Raven!
This extended practice offers the opportunity to resource and reflect as we roll out of summer and into deepening nights.
Together we will explore:
🌿 Gentle restorative movement
🌿 Soothing self-massage
🌿 Down regulating breathwork to calm the nervous system
🌿Yoga nidra, a meditative practice taken lying down, intended to induce a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness.
We'll finish by sharing nourishing refreshments. The practice is open to all levels of experience. Please reach out with any questions or to discuss any access needs.
We hope to celebrate the turn of the wheel into autumn with you!
